Introduction to Aion Construction, LLC Welcome to Aion Construction, LLC. The following information is intended to be the Statement of Qualifications for our company. We are a licensed general contractor based in Gilbert, Arizona. We hold a dual commercial and residential general construction license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC 209737, KB-1). Aion Construction, LLC was established in 2005.

Company Objective: Our goals is simply to establish and maintain long term relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity, quality, craftsmanship, and timeliness, while we strive to build a business that will provide for our families and will have a positive impact on our Arizona community at large. We intend to cultivate these types of relationships with our clients and community by providing them unmatched attention to the details surrounding each project, as well as to their long term vision and goals. By keeping each of our client's short term and long range goals in mind, we are able to better serve their individual needs with each decision that we make. From the bid process to the final certificate of occupancy, we strive to serve our clients in a way that we would want to be served if the roles were reversed: with respect, timeliness, and integrity. Company Strengths: Currently, Aion Construction, LLC specializes in commercial construction with an emphasis on gas station construction. We specialize in all types of tenant improvements (T.I.) as well as ground-up site construction. We have many years of experience with both T.I. construction and new construction dealing specifically with churches, medical offices and clinics, restaurants, retail facilities, car washes, convenience stores, and complete gas stations.
